Preferred Charleston Real Estate Attorney List

Now that you have found the Perfect Home and are ready to go to the closing table, you will need a good Real Estate Attorney. There are many good attorneys and you may know one, you can ask them to refer you to a real estate attorney but make sure that they are someone we have dealt with and that their primary practice is closing real estate.

Remember that not all Attorneys are knowledgeable in regards to Real Estate Closings and even though they say they can do it, make sure that you run their name by us first. I like to work with those Attorneys with more than one office and my most recommended firm, McDonnell & Associates even have offices in many other towns and can handle your purchase no matter where you are in South Carolina.
